During the initial consultation, our team works with the client to define the project brief — including design preferences, structural requirements, materials, quantities, and the type of space involved. This allows us to accurately estimate the budget and project timeline.
In the concept design phase, we further develop the project brief through ongoing consultation with you. This includes revising design ideas, creating style and material palettes, and refining or adjusting the budget as needed. We also produce sketches, CAD models, or scale timber models when required.
Full production and construction are carried out either in our Touchwood workshops or onsite when required. We also provide international shipping and delivery to ensure your project reaches its destination safely and efficiently.
